Need Help Make Bootable Cd For Win Xp

Hey guys my computers broken, it wont start or anything it gets about half way booted and then restarts, even if u try go 2 safe mode ect. Windows xp cd dosent work either. I think its the system files so i want to make a bootable CD. I have no floppy drive in that computer so it has to be a CD if anyone could please help.

at the end of that section you will see:
Create SP1a Slipstreamed Boot CD With EasyCD Nero
Create An SP2 Slipstreamed Boot CD #1 #2 #3
