When I click on Manage Addons - it does nothing.
I'd like to see the addons list. How?
I've been here
Support for IE7
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/support/default.mspx
and my standard File,Edit...Tools,Help menu is now on top, and Tools menu works except this issue.

Maybe this will help. I just found it a few days ago myself.

Thanks, that offers more. I want to see what I have now. So I press
Tools > Manage AddOns >> Enable or Disable | Find More
and when I click enable or disable - I don't get a list I expected, I don't even see the usual checkmark flag, nothing happens

IE7 Help says
"To see all Internet Explorer add-ons
In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, click Manage Add-ons, and then click Enable or Disable Add-ons.
Click the Show list, and then do one of the following:
To display all add-ons that are currently loaded into memory, click Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer.
To display all add-ons that have been used since Internet Explorer was installed or reset, click Add-ons that have been used by Internet Explorer.
To display all add-ons that have been pre-approved by Microsoft, your computer manufacturer, or your Internet service provider (if you are using a private branded version of Internet Explorer), click Add-ons that run without requiring permission.
To display a list of ActiveX controls only, click Downloaded ActiveX controls (32bit). "
