HAVING READ THESE POSTS...

I AM HAVING A SIMULAR PROBLEM BUT WITH A TWIST....

I AM CONNECTED TO THE NET AND AM ABLE SURF AND CHECK MY EMAIL, HOWEVER IF A
PROGRAM ERROR OCCURS AND WINDOWS TRIES TO REPORT THE ERROR, I GET A MESSAGE
STATING THAT I AM NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. THIS ALSO HAPPENS DURING SOME
PROGRAM INSTALLS THAT REQUIRE INTERNET CONNECTION DURING THE INSTALLATION....

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING AND HOW DO I FIX IT ???

I am using Bell Sympatico Security Manager... It is part of Bell Sympatico's protection package which includes, anti-virus , spyware protection, firewall, & fraud protection.

However I even turned off the security manager and shut it down completely with the same results..........
