I am SifuMike and I will be helping you.  You have several infections, so this will take require running several tools. 1. Download this file - combofix.exe 2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts. 3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply Notes: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall Disable script blocking if you have Norton Antivirus installed so it will not interfere with the fix. Trojan Hunter has been reported to detect combofix as Worm.Qiv.100. It won't save the backups if it is run from a temporary folder, and we will be deleting the temp folder. Here is how to make a Hijackthis folder: Click My Computer, then C:\ In the menu bar, File->New->Folder. That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT". Now you have C:\HJT\ folder. Put your hijackthis.exe there. Then post a fresh Hijackthis log.
