I am trying to use a site I have a subcription with. But, every time I try to use it it either says "cookies need to be enabled" or "Your security will not let you download this file"?
How can I fix this? Any help will appreciated.

If you have recently installed any anti-virus or anti-spyware software? This looks like some utility just block acess to your cookies (due to security reasons), so try disabling software that you have installed or re-configured recently.
