I want to know what are the differnces between low speed writng(4x) and high speed writng(52x)?
Does it really matter to write with any speed?

depends what data you are writong. In general movies should be written at low speed to avoid hitches. What also matters is what your media and writer can handle.

Slower is better for accuracy of the transfer, faster is quicker to burn. The differences are minimized by the software that does the burning - good software will compensate for errors better than bad software.
