I need to scan a document, edit something in it and then print it out. I am having trouble doing this. I am using the Lexmark X3350 all in one printer/scanner/copier. Everytime I try to edit the text in the scanned document I get this message:
"An OCR application is provided for you on your CD in the OCR directory. Select OK to cancel this scan operation install your OCR software and try your scan again"

I donot have a CD to install thisfrom and I have no idea what they are talking about.

If I can't do the txit editing this way, could someone give me an idea on how else to do it?

Thank You very much
-Cheryl

The Lexmark should have come with a CD (which would include an OCR reader) - installing this should eliminate the problem.
