Does the install wizard provide any reason in the form of an error message?
Generally, this problem is caused by an incomplete or corrupted version of the application; installing it again sometimes corrects the problem.
Navigate to the folder containing Jukebox; if there is an uninstaller in one of the subfolders, try using it.

it just says set up has encountered an error. please close all windows, empty your temporary folder and check your internet connection.
if i cant delete it is there a way to make all of my music files go through windows media player and not through jukebox? in order for me to play them with wmp i have to right click>play with wmp. if i dont it just plays with jukebox.

Open your task manager & see if these two entries are listed & if they are, click on them & end the process.

mim.exe and mimboot.exe

If no luck, try removing it in safe mode.

You can, as a workaround until you figure out how to uninstall MMJB, change the File Association for the file types you wish to open in WMP. In case you don't remember how to do this, you can follow the steps in this post, making the appropriate file type change to WMP:

Hope this helps some.
