As of the other day all of the sudden my Microsoft Outlook has the following message when I try to open it:

"Cannot start microsoft outlook. The file C:\Documents and Settings\Big Al\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst is not a personal folders file."

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I would really appreciate any help, I am not very good at computers.

Thanks
