Hi,

Recently whenever I try to start iTunes i get an error message - 'itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconveneince'

To try and remedy the problem i have uninstalled iTunes 7 and reinstalled but to no avail. i have also uninstalled and tried installing itunes 6.05, (and 6.0) also, but i still get the same error screen.

Using registryfix i have also tried to restore a previous registry - but the problem still remains.

Appreciate any help - the problem is very frustrating!
