Before, when I clicked on a media file to play it, WMP would open to fit the
file that was being played. Now it opens and it almost fits the screen. The
video is the same size, but there is a large black area around it. I checked
the "fit to" options and they are still checked.
Just before this happened, I was playing a file. I went to click the upper
right cross to close it and the player changed size to how it opens now.
I have WMP 10
Any ideas how to fix this??
Thanks

Give this a try:
Open Windows media player, use the mouse to resize the window to what you want, then use File and exit or Close to close. DO NOT use the x button to close the window this time or the next few times. Use the File to Exit or Close method.
