one really annoying error is occuring all the time when the game tries to open any location

i've tried to reinstall the game (even windows), drivers, different directX versions, etc. and nothing helped
please help me because i really don't know what to do... sad.gif

Download and install these video drivers and see if it makes a difference:

http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=931

If it doesnt try disabling the sound in the game and trying again.
