I Got a New LCD Screen.

It Is LG Flatron L1520B

Its Resolution Is To Big.

Is There Any Way I Can Change Resolution For Smaller Icons and Screens?

What happens when you change it to 1024 by 768, still to big for your liking?

1024 x 768 is the highest resolution for that monitor. See here.

You may have some options available via your video driver. Right click on the desktop, and select Properties. Open the settings tab and look for some way to change the display DPI. For my NVidia card, I click the advanced button and open the General tab.
