I have DSL through ATT, SBC, Yahoo. It came with free CA internet security dashboard module. It froze on me one day and the only way I could get it off was to uninstall it. I went back to ATT/Yahoo to redownload the software and it would not. It stated I already have it. Somewhere on my computer I still have files with YOP (Yahoo Online Protection) and it detects it and will not let me download the software. I can not find the hidden files to delete it all. How do I completely get rid of it so I can redownload it? When I run Security Task Manager, it shows YOP is still there but I still cant find it. I would appreciate any advice.
