BleepingComputer.com: Unable To View Whole Page On Certain Websites

I am new here. Hi. I have ie 6.0.2900 and windows xp. On some but not all web sites, particularly those that have a video screening component, I can't get the whole page. In order to get the vertical scroll bar (on the right side of the screen) to appear I need to maximize the window. If I go to the next page of the same web site I have to press maximize again to get the vertical scroll bar. I can't get the horizontal scroll bar (at the bottom) to appear at all. It will be obvious that there is more on the right side of the page, but no matter what I do, I can't get it. I'm not sure whether this is a browser or windows issue. I have tried adjusting the view on the monitor, but that hasn't worked. Any ideas?
