BleepingComputer.com: Spybot Search & Destroy

My Spybot Search & Destroy will display a warning when I install some program.



However, I can't read what is written at the 2 buttons at the warning window.
But I figure it must be 'Allow' on the left, and 'Disallow' on the right.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my SpybotSD, but the waring display still not fully readable at the bottom.
*1) How can I fix it?
*2) How can I know what is safe to 'allow' and what to 'disallow' during some installations?
(I usually click 'allow' to the changes made.)


Normally I will get a registry value added / changed warning after some installation of programs such as SUPERA Antispy. Btw, anyone heard of this program? It claims to detect what other spyware prog cant detect.

This is a known issue with Spybot. Here is what it should look like :

I haven't used this fix...I press the keyboard A for allow and D for deny.

I've used the ResHacker fix, and it worked for me.
Used it shortly after it was posted, and haven't experienced any ill affects, yet.
All it does, is resize the TeaTimer dialog box (increases height), so all the entries are visible.
It changes the default height from 160 pixels, to 190 pixels.

I've used the ResHacker and fix Tea Timer. But My Taskbar looks abnormal with the 'show/ hide' inactive icon missing. I have this problem before when I first install SpyBot SD, but I then got my Taskbar fixed by uninstalling & reinstalling SpyBot. Now that I've done the fixing with ResHacker, my Taskbar gives problem...


Pls advice

Hi, My Taskbar is back to normal again now. Could be I've off my PC for few hours just now.

Glad it cleared itself up Verons88, because I couldn't find anything on the problem.
After you did the ResHacker fix, did you reboot the computer?

Ops, I didn't reboot the computer after fixing with reshacker....
