Hello Peoples,

I downloaded a program, did not like it, then tried to uninstall it.
It says it was uninstalled but the remains of part of the file says it can not be deleted!
When I go in to delete the folder I get a pop up window that says: Can not remove folder logs: [Access is denied! Make sure the disk is not full or write protected! And that the file is not currently in use.]

How can it be in use if it is uninstalled?
As you can see, I'm not too computer savvy.

Does anyone know how to get rid of something like this? If so, please explain in simple terms.
Thank you.

Try this FREE program. It'll get rid of it for you. It does 95%+ of the time for me. It's very, very useful.

You may want to try two options.
1. Attempt to delete it in Safe Mode
2. Attempt to rename the folder and then delete it.

John
