Getting Around Web Filters Just wondering if there is a way

I already know that you can use a web proxy to get around these smart web filters that target your ip address but is there another better way?

The web filter i am having to deal with is smartfilter BES edition it is very smart and almost flawless.

TOASTERS WILL RULE THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!
