My yahoo parental controls (ypc.exe) is blocking ipconfig.exe, and not allowing me to get to the internet through a protected account(When I go into my moms account everything works fine). I rechecked the settings of the parental controls and everything is in working order. I have no clue whats going on. It just randomly decides to block programs, and now its done ipconfig. I don't know how to get it to unblock it. Can anyone assist me?
