Hi, have printed off instructions for removing pest trap..One of them is to get the pc into safe mode, by restarting pc and after first beep, but before icon appears, press f8. Well, I am, but nothing is happening. Just continues booting up as normal...Any help appreciated please.

Are you repeatedly tapping f8 when booting, or simply holding f8 down? If the former, then try holding down the Ctrl button (not tapping) when booting.

John

Hi lellybell, download "BootSafe" http://www.superadblocker.com/bootsafe.html

It's worked for many others I've come across having the same problem
