Hello, I entered this from my msconfig in win 98 to "bleepingcomputer.com" and was told it was not aware of this entry and that I should let all see it and put it in the index. Hope someone recognizes it and it may be helpful in the future.
thanks,
benz

Looks like something added by Microsoft to address a security vulnerability in Windows 98, Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition (SE), and Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me).

Thank you, was trying to check all in my startup list, as I uncheck them to defrag, and must redo them. trying to make an "only" list ahead of time!

You're welcome, benz.

Instead of unchecking everything to Defrag, run Defrag in Safe Mode.
