I have been having poor quality calls with Skype and I see that while Skype may be running around 30-50%, DPC is quite high too. Total CPU usage is just below 100%. My CPU is a P4 Celeron 1.8 GHZ and I have high speed internet.
I have ran malware scans and everything is fine. I also looked at my HIJACK log and that is fine too. The high DPC and CPU usage is only apparent when running internet telephone or Skype type software. I have run Skype with only essential services only and it didn't make much of a difference.
Any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks
