Been on wireless cable for about a month now, and I love it. Well
everything but having to plug the printer into my laptop to print.
What do I need to be able to print wireless. Will a router get the
job done or do I need something else. Here is what I have.

HP laptop

HP printer/scanner/copier "all in one"

Cable modem

Help me!!

You would need a Wireless print server about $90 USD at Amazon

I just bought a NetGear wireless print server (reconditioned) from ComputerGeeks for about $35 (found it by searching PriceGrabber.com and then selecting the "Reconditioned" tab in the results).

Came with a 30 day warranty from NetGear (and 30 days of email support).

Just an additional bit of info about the NetGear print server I mentioned earlier.

- have copies of the drivers for the printer available
- have a copy of the print server installation routine available.
- have the print server setup where you can connect a wired computer to it at first (either lug the printer around with the print server - or use a laptop with a wire connection)

Once the wired connection setup is done, the wireless setup of each system requires that you run their wizard to set it up. Worked flawlessly for me - both on systems that already had the driver installed, and on those that I had to install the driver on.
