You will need to go to your E-mail provider's help page and review their instructions for setting up POP-Email; these can usually be found in their Help pages. Most providers will give you step-by-step instructions for setting up an account in Outlook Express.
Be sure your particular E-mail service supports POP access to your E-mails.

John

See here:

Yahoo Mail Help

Since, at times, legitimate email is marked as bulk, follow the instructions here as well:

I am not sure what "it" means. If you could be more specific about WHEN you are getting this error message (what you are doing when it happens) and also provide the EXACT error message, this would help members understand what the problem might be.

John

Have you been able to send or receive any mail at all.

If so then check that your Internet supplier is not doing any maintenance, because when this happened to me, I ended up chasing myself around  in circles for three days only to find out that if I did not alter any of my setting it would have sorted itself out...

Do you have a free account at Yahoo or one of the subscription account. If you have the free account you will not be able to use Outlook or and email program. The free account is only accessible through webmail.
