I'm having difficulties, I'm exporting outlook in .pst and importing into another 2003 outlook, but it's not keeping the folders that are in the inbox or the e-mails in the folders. I've done this before and haven't had a problem, should I be doing something besides just chosing inbox, pst format and clicking OK?

Thanks

As I recall (this was a long time ago) there was an option for including sub-folders that you had to check. Is that box checked when you do this?

Thanks
