Installing Wmp 10 - Windows Logo Testing Help

Every time I try to install WMP 10 I get a message pop up saying the software has not passed windows logo testing so it closes down without installing. I tried stopping this happening by going to the hardware tab in the System Properties box, but it's already set to ignore this message popping up, so it shouldn't be happening. Help please...
