Winice/softice

hi im new to this forum and recently i got a game (pirates of the caribbean) and when i launch it it comes up with a notice about winice/softice. apparently nero6 is the culperate but i cant unistall or up/downgrade as its my dads. is there anyways i can get this winice/softice debugger off my computer?
