IE-SpyAd is a great tool. There are programs that claim to autoupdate - but none of them have worked for me.
I'd suggest that you mark your calendar to visit the site periodically to update.
Also, another option is the MVPS Hosts file: http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
It basically does the same thing as IE SpyAd - but does it through the HOSTS file rather than the Restricted Zone. And there are autoupdate utilities for it that work.

IE SpyAd adds sites to the Restricted Zone in Internet Explorer.
MVPS Hosts file adds entries to your HOSTS file (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc)
They can co-exist without problems.
When you download the MVPS Hosts file, it comes with a batch file that you can click on to load it into your HOSTS file (Download, extract the ZIP file, double click on the BAT file and you're done).
