Problem With Multiple Programs On XP Professional.

Hi there, I just upgraded from 2000 to XP Pro, but when i try to boot up AIM and several other programs, it gives me this error:

Runtime Error!

Program: E:\Program Files\AIM\aim.exe


abnormal program termination


Thats what it says for aim, but it does that with others too, just change the program line. Anyone have any idea?

I did this upgrade http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...kb;en-us;884538 but nothing helped. Thanks in advance!
