Help
Hi,
For some reason, my Sonic MyDVD doesn't work. When I click on the icon for it, I get the "Sonic MyDVD has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I have the error signature details if these are of any use, it says:-
AppName: mydvd.exe
AppVer: 6.1.1.0
ModName: urlmon.dll
I've tried searching google but without any joy. Can anyone help?
(PS It came pre-installed on my PC and I've tried repairing and re-installing it without success).

You can try registering the .dll:
Start / Run / type in; regsvr32 urlmon.dll
Click OK
If that doesn't work, you can get the .dll file here:
urlmon.dll
Start / Run / type in; regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Thanks for your help, but it's still not worked. I was advised to download SIW (system info software) but unsure now what to check with this. It can check dlls etc.
