I probably wouldnt...this is not your ISps dns servers. What were the dns servers that were listed there previously?
Your problem was: Whenever you go to a website by its name (ie: www.bleepingcomputer.com) instead of its ip address, your computer contacts the DNS server and asks for the corresponding numerical ip address for the named address. Whatever dns server you were previously using was giving back the wrong information. -------------------- Lawrence

168.95.192.1 corresponds to hntp1.hinet.net. Is hinet.net your ISP?
You really should make sure you are using the dns servers from your isp. -------------------- Lawrence
