What Is This? Any idea what ixebrtqw.exe is?

I am going through my startup in msconfig, looking for what is slowing my machine down and I found something I can't find. Any idea what ixebrtqw.exe is?

Definitely malware of some sort. I would post a hijackthis log in our hijackthis forum.
