Do you have SP2 installed?

If so, do your Windows Updates work?

If they do not and you are getting error 0x8024001D and have SP2:

Go to the following site using Windows Explorer and download the following:
http://www.fermu.com/component/option,com_...o/id,7/lang,us/

WU_ 0x8024001D.cmd

When it downloads, click on it to have it self install.
