Do you have SP2 installed?
If so, do your Windows Updates work? If they do not and you are getting error 0x8024001D and have SP2: Go to the following site using Windows Explorer and download the following: http://www.fermu.com/component/option,com_...o/id,7/lang,us/ WU_ 0x8024001D.cmd When it downloads, click on it to have it self install. Thank you for your reply. Yes I do have service pack 2 Microsoft updates will scan but had none to update. I can download other programmes. Just not this one. I did download it once before, but deleted it. I am useing Windows installer 3.1 I did do a search for msi.dll windows system32 windows installer file virsion 3.1.400.2435 2.75mb Application exstension windows/servicepackfiles/i386 windows installer file virsion 3.03790.2180 2.67mb windows/system32/dllcache windows installer 3.1.400.2435 this is all in blue writing 2.75mb |
