Once the process starts appear " InstallShield : 1647: it could not create the instance of installdriver, return code -2147312566 "(more or less the traduction).
And my son can’t play some games that he usually plays.
The other things run in a good way, but I would like to know how a can do to fix this problem.
Please I need some help.
Thank you.

Thank you for your answer.
I couldn’t find any stdole files in my C:\Windows\System32 folder.
I’ve read the article http://support.installshield.com/kb/view.a...ticleid=Q108122, but I don’t know how to fix this problem. In the Microsoft DLL Help Database are a lot of stdole files.
Please, could you tell me exactly what I should do in order to fix the problem.
Thank you again.

What operating system32 are you running?
Do you have any STDOLE files C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache? If so you can try and copy those into C:\Windows\System32 and see if it fixes the problem.
