Help Can't Get Rid Of Quick Search Bar

Does anyone know of a cleaner that can get rid of QUick Search Toolbar.

I ran Ad-aware, Spybot, Ewido but it's still there.

2) How To Remove An Installed Program From Your Computer

Try to remove it in safe mode <-- link also after run ewido in safe mode.
