This free product offers a lot in protection against malware & works well with all the others recommended at this site. No conflicts with SP2, either.  Company says: "It provides specialist protection against harmful software. Antivirus software is not enough! ... "  42,000 signatures seems like plenty to me. The scan & clean feature works in the free version.
