A Program For Changing Everything In A Game

There is a good program for changing your scores or time records in a game (and many other tricks).
This is one of the best programs for game hacking(do not concern hack as crack).
Imagine you have 100 $ in Underground and you want to change it to 1000000.
Quick Memory Editor is the program name.

is this for any game such as red alert 2?

i don't have red alert 2 to try this,but the file size is only 1.3 MB and it worths a try.

ok im a little confused i downloaded it and made sure it was clean now if i want to change something on my game do i enter its name??? How will i get it to know what game i want it to change?
