Welcome to BC!
I knew that I had seen this file somewhere before. I tried Google (which Im sure that you did too) and did not really find any significant links. I even did a text search from another computer, but still-no dice. I realized something else about the file though that may be helpful. Qt files are associated with QuickTime, in one way or another. I know that I-Tunes uses it. Have you recently upgraded or deleted I-Tunes? Perhaps a re-install of this application would restore the file Photoshop is looking for. -------------------- We are all curious like a cat. We wonder, we ask, we learn.
Please post back when a suggestion works, so that others may learn. |

I did un and reinstall QuickTime but without I-Tunes.
But is this .dll file referring to QuickTime or Qt as a complete C++ application? |

I moved all PS plugins installed into a different directory, temporarily, and the problem did clear up.
Digital Film Lab, 55mm, and Light by Digital Film Tools at Digital Film Tools Each of them was causing one of the error messages I was getting hence the three messages. |
