I installed WMP 11 BETA on my pc running XP home, it ran great for a month or so and now it freezes my pc up everytime I open it. Is there a way to uninstall the player and/or roll back to WMP 10.

Thanks

Thanks guys, I ditched 11 and went back to 10. I liked 11 but I'll wait until the real thing comes out, beta is a pain in my ass.

Guess I've been lucky. Having downloaded WMP 11 some time ago it's been very stable and I've had no problems. Unfortunately there is a host of others like yourself who have had various problems.
I certainly think in your case waiting for the final release is the best option.

Anyway you're welcome and thanks for letting us know.
