The first contest is the HP Magic Giveaway, which is underway as of November 28th. More information can be found at this topic, which will be updated very soon with further information. The second contests, is for the chance to win two Seagate FreeAgent external hard drives. More information about this contest can be found here. These are both amazing contests and I suggest everyone submit an entry for them. - BleepingComputer Management |

Also, when I start up I get an error message re: "Virus Scan can not recreate events" & I am always requested to log into "McAfee Privacy" before being able to continue to the Internet. McAfee Tech support was useless in helping me with these issues. Please advise, if possible |

Hi Brockmoller. Welcome to bleepingcomputer.com
I usually try to recommend free products, although a long trial period shareware can come in handy under stressful times like when you've got problems.
Expiration on a free program is never. Payment doesn't come due. This post has been edited by scarlett: Jan 1 2005, 12:11 AM -------------------- patiently patrolling, plenty of persisant pests n' problems ...
