Pro Evolution Soccer 5 Lagging i have just updated to superpatch 3 and its starting to lag

i have just updated my PES5 to superpatch 3 and it is starting to lag not alot but it is VERY annoying and it is hurting my eyes the qualitys are on low i have NVIDIA 6100 graphics card updated 2 days ago but still not working any help will be appreciated. Also i am going to buy a new graphics card any ideas on what to buy i mainly play sports games but i have BF2 thanks Joe ;)
