As far as I am concerned that is too easily confused with hook and eye fasteners and hook and loop fasteners - the sort that is a rigid hook with a cord or cloth loop.

This kind of reminds me when Donald Trump tried to trademark the phrase "You're Fired!" As Klinkaroo pointed out with Google, he would have had to sue everyone in the country to enforce that. :thumbsup:

Actually I'm glad google is doing this.

You wouldn't want someone saying "Do your googling at Yahoo.com!"

Google doesn't want the verb google to be used as a generic searching term
