"A kiss is just a kiss until you find the one you love. A hug is just a hug until you find the one your always thinking of. A dream is just a dream until it comes true. Love is just a word until its proven to you."

I got it...
Hihi took a little but figured it out.
What it is when you take any two digit number and add them together and then take that number and substract it from your original number it always gives a multiple of 9. If you look at the grid you will notice that the 9, 18, 27, 36 are all the same... So since you always get a multiple of 9 it shows your the pictures associated with those numbers...

The first time I took on a game like this I was.. how you say.. rather intoxicated. It took 3 of us about two hours to figure it out. The cheetos were tasty though.

Pick a random two digit number:
Let N = the two digit number
Let X = then tens digit
Let Y = the units digit
Then N = 10X + Y
Add the two digits of your number together, then subtract that sum from the original number:
Sum of two digits = X + Y
Subtract from original... 10X + Y - (X + Y) = 9X
::answer will always be a multiple of 9. All the multiples of 9 (9, 18, 27, ect) on the chart are the same character and the one that pops up after 10 seconds.

Try this one: http://digicc.com/fido/
I figured this out, to the point where I can trick someone verbally. Even though they need a calculator.
