BleepingComputer.com: Bsod From Flightsimulator 2004

Yeah I just bought Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 also known as FS9 yesterday and once I start playing, I get a blue screen. I've had a total of 3 different errors so far. Here they are:

BAD_POOL_HEADER
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I have a mobile AMD Athlon XP-M 2800+ 2.13ghz
512MB RAM
BFG GeForce 6200 256mb OC

Help would be greatly appreciated
