HERE'S a site that's actually a forum for help on Photoshop. I was (am) a member there, but haven't visited the site in quite some time now, just to busy nowadays (unfortunately).

I know this site is all about editing car pictures but it is a great reasource for learning how to use the tools. Found it really useful.
