VoptXP also has the ability to tell you what's in each of the little squares (as long as the defrag isn't running). It's a bit quirky - but it does everything that I want when I want it to.

FYI - I had an issue a year or so ago with the trial version. When uninstalling it, it removed my startups. After fixing this, I wrote to them and they already had a remedy for it available.

 I prefer and use "Power Defragmenter GUI 2.0...." developed by antiSPYWARE Expert "RejZor"
and available at www.excessive-software.eu.tt . It is FREE and 3 times faster than Win XP's .
You may find other interesting programs at that site !?

SpiritWind and YourHighness:

Thanks for the additional suggestions. I've installed the Auslogics Disk Defrag which I can run independently from Diskeeper. I can run it in Safe Mode, which I can't do with Diskeeper. Down side to that one is that the free version from what I've observed thus far doesn't give you the option to defrag. the thumb drives. I like to do that once in a while too.

I'll have to try out Power Defragmenter GUI 2.0... also to see what it does.
