Added Another Hard Drive

Member Group: Members Posts: 26 Joined: 16-April 05 Member No.: 17,237	I have 3 hard drives now and one DVD. HD c: and d: are in IDE port 1 HD e: and DVD f: are in IDE port 2. All the hard drives work fine, but when I go to use the DVD it keeps asking me to insert a disk into The DVD even even if there is a disk in there, so I put a disk back in same message? Thanks

Also it is not a good idea to put HD on the same IDE bus as a CD\DVD. It slows the HD down. -------------------- "2007 & 2008 Windows Shell/User Award"
