I just got a new PC and being the idiot I am I didn't check to see if I had AGP,PCI-E, or PCI interfaces. So now I'm stuck with PCI ports only. Any ideas if they even make video cards with 512mb for PCI?

I see absolutly no reason why you would need a 512MB card for a standerd PCI slot. Only low end cards come in PCI, and I doubt any card in PCI will even be able to use half of it! Memory isn't everything on a video card.
