Firefox & Opera

I was on Opera and tryed Firefox and like it better. Firefox is a little faster ane is easier for me any way. Also I like the email on the firefox.

I have both Opera and Firefox/Thunderbird on my computer, and use both from time to time, but like you, I do prefer Ff.

I have Opera and Firefox but unlike you both I prefer Opera.
Weekly updates are great.

never got opera to work (many years ago) and then found firefox and fell in love

I tried Opera, but liked the Firefox interface (had been using it for a good year or so) and didn't really spend a lot of time on it.

Guess its obvious which i prefer :thumbsup:

but i do on occasion use Firefox, Konqueror(linux browser).

They are both great browsers! I just wish someone would combine them! :thumbsup:

I love the Opera rendering and the security of both, and the extensions of Firefox. Now only if they would combine all of these great features.

Awhile back I downloaded Firefox, but I am a NOVICE. How can I learn to use Firefox. Even though I chose Firefox to be my default browser, Internet Explorer keeps running the show.

In the firefox browser, click on tools/ click on options/ select the General tab/ check the box next to make Firefox default browser.

The first place to learn about Ff and how to use it is the HELP section, which is pretty easy to read and straightforward. In addition, you can browse the Ff support page (which has links to all sorts of information and to the FF support forum). There is also a lot of threads here at BC about Firefox.
