Help. Can't Burn Wmv To Disc "no disk in drive" error message

Edited vacation video with Movie Maker,have wmv
file on PC.Try to burn it to CD or DVD,I get
"There is no disc in the drive".Have used 2
different prgms to burn,same response.
D drive plays any other CD.
Ideas pls??
